Copyrights
It is our policy to give you copyright of the contentment we provide you as per the agreed terms. There no rights on the final content we have developed; you have the liberty to use it wherever you want to.
Payment
We request a 100% upfront payment for all the services we provide, which are (inclusive) of the tax to be financed by no other than the client.
Revision
For your satisfaction, we accept multiple numbers of revisions, but within 7 days after the final delivery of the project is done. As far as the unique cases are concerned, our time limit for modifications can be extended to 14 days too.
The turnabout time for revisions are classified as follows:
- For projects requiring 24 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 24 hours.
- For projects requiring 24 to 48 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 48 hours.
- For projects requiring more than 48 hours of urgency, Revision turnabout time shall be 72 hours.
Requirements of a Project
Our writersclique individually discuss all the requirements with our clients before the beginning of the project. For any disagreements caused in the services, we make sure to convey them to you based on our agreed terms and conditions at the starting of the project.
Refund Policy
At Writers Clique, all services are customized, digital, and initiated upon order confirmation. Please review the following refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Clients may request a refund only before the submission of their manuscript or the commencement of any service work, whichever occurs first.
- If a refund request is approved at this early stage, it will be processed after deducting transactional and administrative charges, equal to USD 150 or 10% of the total purchase amount (whichever is lower).
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Once an order is confirmed through successful payment:
- Refunds are not issued automatically
- WritersClique is not obligated to provide a refund
- Refund requests based solely on a change of mind are not eligible
Final Approval
- Once the client has provided final approval of the work, this approval constitutes full acceptance of the services rendered.
- No refunds will be issued after final approval, under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Chargeback Policy
By completing a payment with WritersClique, the client expressly agrees to the following terms:
Service Nature Acknowledgment
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
- All services provided are customized and digital
- Services are initiated immediately upon payment
- Work may begin prior to full delivery, including but not limited to planning, drafting, revisions, or production
Cancellations
- Cancellations apply only to future, unrendered services
- Any work that has already commenced, been partially delivered, revised, or approved is considered rendered and non-refundable
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute without first contacting WritersClique and allowing reasonable time for resolution.
Any chargeback or dispute initiated:
- After service commencement
- After partial delivery or use of revisions
- After final approval
may be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in the submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank.

Terms of Use

- Our company will be strictly not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the unintentional errors present in this website.
- Our company will not be liable for any performance failures, delays of operations, omission, interruptions, deficiency in communication, theft, destruction, unauthorized use, and access to information present on the website.
